AutoSitu ("AutoSitu," "we," "us," or "our") provides software for AI-assisted site analysis, feasibility review, engineering concept generation, code and compliance workflows, document processing, reporting, and support. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use autositu.com, the AutoSitu dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are designed to process real project materials. We may collect project files, plans, drawings, PDFs, site images, jurisdiction documents, addresses, APNs, parcel and boundary information, notes, comments, submission metadata, generated reports, feasibility outputs, engineering concept outputs, compliance-check results, redlines, and other materials you or your organization submit or generate through the Services.
If your organization purchases the Services, we may collect billing contact details, customer records, subscription status, payment status, invoices, and related commercial information. Payment method details are generally handled by our payment processor, such as Stripe, and are subject to that processor's own terms and privacy practices.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being relied on for design, permitting, legal, engineering, construction, or compliance decisions.
